As you can imagine, the logistics of pulling off a camp like NASC is a monumental task and requires an enormous staff team to make it happen. But who looks after the staff team? Who makes sure they have accomodation for the week, food to eat and ensures they know where to be and what time? This is the role of the Camp's Personell Officer - Flt Lt April Dutton.

We caught up with Flt Lt Dutton to talk more about herself and her role on NASC:
"My name is Flt Lt April Dutton, my role on camp is Personnel Officer, I take care of all the staff and their matrix for the week and all the pre-information that’s populated to them. I started on the camp as Deputy Radio Officer, then went into the role of Flying and Gliding Admin Officer then to the now post of Personnel which I’ve been doing for 3 years. I’ve been with NASC since 2017 so 7 years, every camp has been memorable camp and I have met some good friends along the way. The cadets should be excited for everything, there is something on camp for everyone, the programme is dedicated to them. The staff who come along to support always make it fun for them too.Â
I have no fun facts haha I’m not fun, I like admin."
